Why Finding a Formula Matters for Runners
Every runner moves differently, so a coaching approach built around your individual "Formula" works better than a one-size-fits-all plan.
RunDNA is built on a methodology called F.I.T.: Find Your Formula, Individualize Your Training, and Track Your Progress. Your Formula comes first, because it's the foundation everything else builds on.
What the Formula is
Your Formula brings together your running form, your mobility, and your strength into one clear picture of how your body actually moves. Instead of guessing at a generic plan, RunDNA starts by understanding your specific movement patterns, strengths, and limiters.
Coaching should start with how you actually move, not a template. Two runners training for the same race can have very different Formulas, and need different things to run their best and stay healthy.
Why this matters for injury prevention and performance
Generic plans and generic advice can only go so far, because they're built for an average runner who doesn't actually exist. Personalizing coaching around your Formula means the recommendations you get (which drills to focus on, which cues to practice, where your risk areas are) are actually built for your body, not someone else's.
Stop using someone else's plan, and start finding your Formula.
