Understanding Your Movement Sequence
Your Movement Sequence is a short set of mobility, activation, drill, and running cue work, built from your Run Form Assessment and Runner Movement Screen results.

What's inside your Movement Sequence
- Mobility: for example, a hip flexor stretch, ankle mobility drill, or thoracic rotation, to address restrictions found in your movement screen.
- Activation: for example, glute bridges, clamshells, or banded lateral walks, to engage muscles that may not be firing well.
- Drills: for example, A-skips, high knees, or butt kicks, to reinforce good movement patterns.
- A running cue: tied to your current run form category, like driving your knee forward for Overstrider: Knee Drive.
Completing a new Movement Report can update your Movement Sequence, which is one reason your calendar may shift after a new assessment.
Every movement comes with a short video, so don't worry if it's your first time doing something, or if you forget exactly how to approach a movement. You can always check the video before you get started.
