Managing Your Subscription

You're never locked in without visibility. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime from your Account Settings.

Finding your subscription settings

Open the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app and select Account Settings. Your current plan appears at the top of the page, tap "Manage Your Subscription" from there to make any changes or cancel.

Choosing a plan

RunDNA offers two ways to subscribe:

• Founding Member: $99.99 per year ($8.33/month). Available through the end of 2026, and locked in for life once you sign up.
• Monthly: $24.99 per month, billed on a rolling basis.

How the free trial works

Every new subscription starts with a 2-week free trial. A payment method is required upfront, and the trial rolls into a paid plan automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If you are unsure of when you started your trial, feel free to check your email — an email is sent out with free trial start and end date to every user who opts to trial the Premium subscription.

To start your trial, generate your first plan using the "Build My Program" button, then get to building by Setting Up Your Training Program.
