Understanding Your Progress Over Time
One assessment tells you where you are today. A series of them tells the real story — how you're trending over weeks and months. RunDNA makes that story easy to see.
The score-trend chart
Open the "View All Assessments" screen to find your score-trend chart. There's one chart per assessment type, so your Run Form and your movement screen each get their own view. You can show or hide any individual report on the chart, which makes it easy to compare the ones you care about or set aside an outlier.
Watch the trend, not one number
It's tempting to fixate on a single score, but any one result can be affected by an off day, a new route, or how you were feeling. The trend line is far more meaningful. Look for the overall direction over time — that's where your real progress shows up.
Give it time to take shape
Trends make more sense the more assessments you complete. Early on, with only a report or two, there isn't much of a line to read yet. As you keep assessing, the picture gets richer and the patterns get clearer, so be patient with it.
Keep the data flowing
The best way to build a useful trend is to reassess on a comfortable rhythm. For gentle timing guidance, read How Often Should I Reassess?
