How Often Should I Reassess?
Reassessing is how you see your progress and keep your plan current. There's no strict schedule to stress about — the guidance below is gentle, and your body and training will tell you a lot about the right timing.
A comfortable cadence
- Run Form videos — revisit roughly every 2 to 4 weeks, and any time your training or fitness changes noticeably.
- Runner Movement Screen — revisit about every 60 days.
Reassess sooner if you pick up an injury or recover from one, since your movement picture can shift quickly in those moments.
Why reassess at all
Fresh assessments let you see how far you've come and keep your Key Focus and Movement Sequence tuned to where you are now. A plan built on last season's data slowly drifts out of date; regular check-ins keep it honest and useful.
The 60-day rule for a Full report
If you want a Full report (your run videos plus your movement screen) to become your main report, keep two timing rules in mind:
- Its two parts must have been completed within 60 days of each other.
- The report itself must not be older than 60 days.
This keeps your main report built from a matched, recent snapshot of you — not two pieces taken far apart. When you're ready to promote a report, see How to Update Your Labs Tab (Set Your Main Report).
