I Need to Change My Password

Keeping your password fresh is a great habit. Here's how to reset or change it for RunDNA.

Reset a password you've forgotten

There's no separate "change password" screen in the app. Instead, you reset your password from the sign-in page:

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to you.
3. Choose a new password, then sign back in.

Change a password you already know

To swap out a password you still remember, use the same reset flow:

1. Sign out of the app.
2. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
3. Follow the steps to set your new password.

If you signed up with Apple or Google

If you created your account by continuing with Apple or Google, you have no RunDNA password to change. You manage your sign-in through Apple or Google directly, so head to those services to update it.
