Logging an Injury in the Labs Tab

Telling RunDNA about your injuries helps personalize your plan. When the app knows what you're dealing with, it can tailor your results and recommendations to you. Here's how to log or update an injury.

Add or update an injury

  1. Go to the Labs screen.
  2. Tap the Injury tile.
  3. Tap Change.
  4. To log something new, add a new injury. To update an existing entry, tap it.
  5. Fill in the short form, then save.

What the form asks

  • Status — whether you're currently injured
  • How long ago the injury happened
  • Where — the body location
  • Which side — left or right
  • Effect — how it affected your running

Removing an injury

Removing an injury currently hides it in the app. It will no longer appear in your list, but keep this in mind if you're relying on a permanent removal.
