RunDNA Quick Start Guide

Welcome to RunDNA. This guide gives you a quick, high-level tour so you know what everything is and where to find it. Once you're oriented, the step-by-step Tech Support articles will walk you through each task.

The Labs screen: your home base

The Labs screen is where your running life lives. It's home to your reports and to tiles that surface your most useful information at a glance.

The three report types

  • Run Form — analysis based on your running videos.
  • RMS — your Runner Movement Screen, a set of guided physical self-tests.
  • Full — the complete picture, combining your run videos and your movement screen.

Your personalized readout

From your results, RunDNA builds your Formula — a personalized readout that powers your body map, your movement insights, your Key Focus, and your injury status. Your body map highlights areas visually, and your Key Focus lists the top priorities chosen for you to work on.

Your exercises and your profile

Your Movement Sequence is your personalized list of exercises and drills, chosen from your Run Form and RMS results. Your Runner Profile holds your answers about you and your running — and editing it automatically recalculates your Formula, so your plan stays in sync with you.

The Today tab: for tracking and training

If you want to track your day-to-day running, or you're ready for a structured training program built around your Formula, the Today tab is where that lives. It's your daily home base: your Daily Brief, a Daily Insight, and a quick daily check-in, plus your full training calendar once you have an active program.

Don't have a program yet? Tap "Build My Program" right from the Today tab to get one built around your goals and everything RunDNA already knows about how you move.
