Why Should I Track my Injuries
Logging your injuries helps RunDNA give you movement and exercise recommendations that actually fit what's going on with your body right now, instead of a generic list.
When you log an injury in the Labs tab, that information factors into your movement screen results and the exercises RunDNA recommends, so you're not getting advice that ignores something you're currently dealing with.
RunDNA is a coaching tool, not a clinical one. It doesn't diagnose or treat injuries. When an injury is identified, the response is exercise modification, general guidance, and, where appropriate, a pointer toward a certified running professional, not a treatment plan.
This article is educational and isn't a substitute for professional medical advice. If you're dealing with pain, a suspected injury, or aren't sure whether something is safe for your body, talk to a physical therapist, doctor, or certified running professional.
